Index successful normalization results from a completed pipeline run into Qdrant (see config/config.yaml).
Failed rows in that run are skipped. Check server logs for progress.
Only runs with status completed (or finished processing) should be indexed.
Caps how many successful results are taken from this run (ordered by time).
